why i built the dietpods system

I’ve been on both sides of the process — as someone who was coached, and as a coach helping others.I know how important dieting is. Without the right structure, people can train hard, fast for long periods, eat “healthy,” and still never see the results they want.I also know how easy it is to fall off.Years ago, with the help of a coach, I got into the best shape of my life. I followed the right diet, stayed consistent, and transformed my body. I even coached others to do the same.But when that structure was gone, so were the results.Not because I lacked effort or knowledge — but because there was nothing in place to keep me consistent over time.That’s when it became clear: progress doesn’t fail because people don’t care. It fails when accountability disappears.When accountability was reintroduced — first through coaching, then through a small group of people working toward the same standard — everything changed.My diet stayed consistent.
My habits stopped resetting.
